A piece of history from the Black Forest - This hundreds of years old Black Forest farmhouse in the Kinzigtal was renovated with the help of restorers and in part by the owners themselves. As in the past, Silver fir wood from the Kinzigtal forests was used for the siding, walls and floors. This time around, the home owners chose a solid plank floor made of solid oak.

A gem on lake Ammersee - This completely wooden detached family house has been a very special project for us. In addition to the solid wood floorboards made from ash, all the furniture, doors and wall cabinets throughout the house are made from the same type of wood.

The “Burmel” building of solid wood manufacturer Burkard was given a Hiram façade made from Douglas fir in the rift cut. With the production from heavy wood and/or trunks, the rift façades are significantly more dimensionally stable and durable. The vertical annual rings lend the façade elements a calm, straight and uniform surface texture.
